Redundant Master Clocks is the key to keeping the system running no matter what.

The DuraTime Rack-Mount Master Clocks are the focal point of the system. They can also receive time updates through an NTP time server or an optional GPS receiver.  The time is then broadcast to all secondary devices once per second. The DuraTime Master Clock System features dual independent clocks and transmitters.  If the primary master fails, the Secondary (back-up) Master automatically resumes normal operation.  A free supervision program is available that includes a pop-warning and audio alert for enhanced reliability.
